Got sucked in by their starter deal advertising 4 pieces for $33, but once shipping kicks in you're really paying around $50. The whole collection is made from low-quality synthetics with zero natural material options like cotton or wool. Everything has that stretchy fabric feel to it. The frustrating part is you don't get to pick what you want since there's no actual shopping feature, they just decide what goes in your box. When my subscription kicked in for round two, they charged me $95 without any heads up. I only caught it scrolling through my bank account. No shipping updates, nothing. Their website is the only way to reach them and they don't have a real phone number available. I've messaged them four different times and haven't gotten a single response back. At this point I'm looking at having to take legal steps just to get my money back.
