What Shoppers Say About TicketWeb US
TicketWeb US receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting severe issues across refunds, customer service, and fee transparency. The dominant complaint centers on refund denials, particularly when events are cancelled, rescheduled, or circumstances change (such as death in the family or scheduling conflicts). Multiple reviewers describe being assessed substantial fees that are not refunded even when events do not occur, and one shopper reported losing $100 due to unavailable support staff hours during a critical moment before an event. Shoppers also express frustration with opaque fee structures, unclear terms regarding chargebacks, and inconsistent refund treatment across customers.
The rare positive reviews (15 percent of the total) suggest some shoppers have had acceptable experiences, though the review excerpts provided do not detail what those positive experiences entailed. The overwhelming preponderance of one-star ratings and complaints about customer service availability, inflexible refund policies, and unexplained fees indicate systemic issues that have affected many customers.

Sorted by: Most recentMy husband bought two tickets for a local event and passed away very suddenly. I reached out to ask about a refund since their policy says they handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. They not only turned down the refund but made the process incredibly difficult, asking us to provide tons of information and dragging things out for months past the event date. One star is way too generous for how they handled this situation.
Stay away from this platform. Their support team has very limited hours and I ran into a problem just a couple hours before the concert was supposed to start. No one was available to help me fix a simple issue, which meant I missed the whole show and lost $100. At least the performers got my money. The real problem started when I signed up through social media and they connected it to an old email address I used to have in college. That school shut down email access to old accounts earlier this year, so I couldn't retrieve my tickets on show day because they'd been sent to that defunct address. Nobody answered the phone, and my emails asking them to send the tickets to a different address went unanswered. I finally got the tickets two days after the concert. I even tried reaching out through the parent company's support, but they couldn't help either. If you're spending good money on a concert, don't go with a service that has such a broken login system.
This outfit is absolutely terrible and is exactly the kind of operation Congress should be investigating. I paid $65 for tickets and got slapped with a $16.18 fee. What are those fees even for? If your event gets cancelled, don't count on getting those charges back. Your ticket cost? Maybe not. Their terms say if you do a credit card chargeback for any reason whatsoever, they can permanently ban you from using their service. Look at their Purchase Policy if you want to see how ridiculous this all is. I'm serious when I say I'll never use them again and I'll skip any artist who books through these people. Go read that policy yourself and you'll understand.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I asked for a refund because the artist rescheduled and I couldn't make the new dates, plus the shows kept getting cancelled for months. I even heard the artist was approving refunds for people who couldn't attend. My friend got her refund no problem, but for some reason they refused mine. It's a complete scam. Don't order from them. They take your money and don't care one bit.
Purchased four tickets for a comedy show scheduled for late May. The venue then changed the date and I can't go on the new day. When I asked for my money back, they refused.
Ordered tickets a couple weeks ago for a concert coming up this weekend. Still haven't gotten them in my email and when I tried using the contact link on their website, it doesn't work. The phone number I found doesn't seem to be active either. Meanwhile, my bank account shows they already took the money.
Don't trust this company. Their advertising is misleading and it's basically a scam. You won't actually get your tickets.
I kept trying to enter my information to purchase tickets for a show in late February but the website wouldn't let me complete the transaction. I spent hours trying to get it to work.
Really poor service overall. I ordered tickets but never got an order confirmation or the actual tickets. So I placed another order, got the confirmation, and went to the show. Turns out I got charged for both orders. When I contacted them about it, they said their policy doesn't allow refunds. The first order never came through but I'm still stuck paying for it. I've been to tons of concerts and have used this company more than once, but that's changing. I'm recommending everyone I know stay away from them.
