Second time now that hackers got into my account and stole money because this bank didn't stop them. They told me they'd put the money back while looking into it, but they never did, then claimed 'we found a similar charge from a year ago so this must be okay' and just kept the money even though they promised to refund it!!!!! They basically steal from their own customers.

Takes forever to get anything done, they request paperwork then never respond once you submit it. When you follow up with emails they flat out ignore you. Can't even call anybody on the phone it's awful support, seriously don't bother wasting your energy on them

This bank took £3400 from my disabled father with no way for him to survive without it. What they did is straight up theft!!! God sees everything and will judge these criminals!!!!I'm going to share all my proof and evidence across the web tomorrow so nobody else falls for this scam ,keep your money away from this place!!!!

Something changed with their formula and it's not good. Used Tide forever but lately it's been rough, honestly nothing smells right anymore. Coworkers have mentioned my clothes have an odor problem now it's really frustrating....bring back the original formula because I'm moving on until you do.
