Really beautiful collection! The ordering system is straightforward. The site has helpful calculators to figure out what you need, and ordering samples is painless. Everything came packaged really well and I haven't seen any damage. Everything was on a pallet and nicely organized. This is my second time working with TileBar, and the first time went so smoothly that I didn't bother looking anywhere else this time around.

SKIP TILEBAR.COM if you care about on-time delivery and good customer support! I ordered tiles for a project on a deadline, planning ahead based on their website saying 10 days. After two weeks nothing showed up. I phoned them and found out items take 5 business days to even ship, but mine still hadn't left the warehouse. No one told me when I could expect it. When the tiles finally got here, they were the wrong ones. I reached out to their team right away, gave them everything they needed, and kept asking for a delivery date. My project is now delayed because of their error. They promised my replacement would get "priority treatment" and said I'd get a shipping notice soon. Five days later, still no update on where my replacement is. This whole thing has been incredibly aggravating and unprofessional. Don't order from them if you're working with a deadline!
