Beyond product and return concerns, shoppers report problematic customer service experiences, including long hold times, refusals to cancel orders before shipment, and unresponsive support when packages fail to arrive. Sorted by: Most recentI'd been using a back brace for years and liked it until the fasteners gave out. I ordered a replacement that showed up a couple weeks ago, but it's already falling apart worse than my old one ever did. This shouldn't be that difficult to improve. They should fix the quality and offer it for a trial period.
This is a horrible scam operation. Last night their website had a technical problem that stopped me from ordering a BOGO that was clearly marked BOGO FREE. I ended up ordering just one item since the BOGO wouldn't work and had to pay shipping. When the site worked today, I tried ordering those same items at the BOGO price and called them about it. They put me on hold for 30 minutes. The rep insisted those women's support shirts weren't part of a BOGO yesterday, but they absolutely were marked BOGO FREE on the site. I offered to place the order today at the BOGO price if they'd refund my $7.99 shipping charge from yesterday's purchase. They refused. That's bad business. I run my own business and I know that losing $7.99 to keep a customer happy is smart because bad word of mouth can destroy you. Tommie Copper is a huge company that couldn't care less about their customers.
I bought compression socks on sale with a buy one get one deal for $71.57 total. They didn't fit right so I sent them back. When I got my refund, they had already taken out $12.50 for the return label. My refund ended up being just $31.79. The lady on the phone said that's their standard policy.
The actual product is fine, but I'm getting bombarded with emails from them constantly. We're talking 4 to 5 a day at least. There's literally no unsubscribe option and I can't block them. That's the only reason they're getting a single star from me.
Bought some shirts from Tommie Copper and felt confident about it because of their advertised 60 day money back guarantee. The shirts weren't comfortable, so I shipped them back. Three weeks after they confirmed getting the return, I still hadn't seen my refund. I sent them a message through their website asking about it but didn't get a reply for 3 days. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Total disaster of a company. UPDATE: Surprisingly, I got a full refund just 11 minutes after posting this review.
