Paid an extra $50 to get overnight shipping yesterday but the order still hasn't even shipped out. Really let down by this.

I ordered on a Friday evening and their site clearly says orders after 1 p.m. EST get shipped the next business day. When Wednesday rolled around with no shipment, I sent them an email asking to cancel. Nathalie wrote back saying it was already being shipped and couldn't be stopped, but told me I could refuse it when it arrived. Well, it didn't ship until Friday, August 8th, which is a full week later, and I didn't get it until August 14th. By that point USPS had already left it in my mailbox so there was nothing I could do to reject it. I literally yelled at my mailbox but obviously that didn't help and I never got my money back. On top of being incredibly late, the package showed up completely torn open. I'm honestly amazed nothing fell out. This is my last order from them. I just placed a new one with ADW Diabetes instead and they got it shipped the very next day like they promised.

Placed an order back in January 2025 and here we are at the end of February with still no delivery. I've reached out to them multiple times asking for my money back but haven't received a refund yet. This feels like a complete scam.

I've bought from them before without issues, but this recent order has been a nightmare. I placed it on January 2nd expecting my usual quick delivery, but as of the 12th my supplies still hadn't shown up. I spent all day Friday waiting on hold, got disconnected several times, and fired off a bunch of emails too. When someone finally got back to me, their response didn't actually help. They told me I had a tracking number on file when I definitely don't, and that was basically it. Now it's the weekend and I'm stuck without answers until Monday. My diabetic pump supplies are running critically low and I need these things working. I'm about ready to file a dispute through my payment provider and find another company to work with. I used to think they were pretty good, but I absolutely cannot recommend them anymore. The way they handle customer issues is just unacceptable.

I ordered within the timeframe they list on their website but when I called to check on it, nothing had shipped yet. That left me in a bind because I ran out of my pen needles and need those to inject my insulin. When I talked to customer service they didn't offer any solutions or even seem to care about my situation. Insulin is not optional for diabetics, and without pen needles there's no way to take it. I will never come back to this company. Their support team showed zero concern for what I was dealing with.

Finding Nova Max Plus Ketone test strips where I live has been nearly impossible, and when available, the cost is way too high. I checked Amazon in a couple of different countries but they wouldn't deliver to me. Then I stumbled on Total Diabetes Supply online and decided to give them a try. From the moment I placed my order, I was impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. My strips went out the very same day I ordered them, and I got updates about where my package was at each step. The shipment got held up somewhere along the way and after a month went by without it arriving, I reached out to them. They immediately sent a replacement out that same day without any pushback. I was genuinely shocked at how fast they moved. The first package actually showed up a day after I sent that email, so I let them know they could consider that situation handled and offered to pay for the extra shipment if needed. Their responsiveness and willingness to help really stood out. I'm going to be switching over as many of my orders as I can to them going forward and would definitely tell anyone who needs diabetes products to check them out.
