After calling a few days past when they said it would be done, a different person checked the notes and found out the underwriters had never even been contacted. We went through it again. Finally the documents showed up. Great! Except they never bothered to tell me they'd blocked flood coverage. I only caught it by reading the fine print carefully. This isn't professional service; it feels deceptive.
