A guy named Noah who works for the company is disrespectful, aggressive, and literally hangs up on customers when they're not interested in whatever sales pitch he's trying to push. I wouldn't touch this company even if they paid me, which is ironic because that's basically what he tried suggesting to me.
The luggage itself is pretty decent, but the company doesn't actually honor what they promise with their warranty and they ignore your attempts to follow up with them. My bag came with a ten year warranty tag that I still have. When the interior zipper fell apart, I filed a warranty claim. They rejected it and said it only has three years of coverage. Don't bother with a company that won't stand behind their stuff. There are plenty of other lightweight luggage options from companies that actually have your back.
I've had a pair of these suitcases for a full decade now and I use them constantly. Grabbed them from an outlet location when I was in a time crunch, and they've literally taken me around the world multiple times. These bags have held up amazingly well through constant use and outlasted several other luggage pieces I've bought since then, even a Samsonite! The construction is really solid and durable with plenty of room inside. I'm genuinely amazed at how well they've stayed together considering how much abuse they've taken. They've far exceeded what I thought they'd deliver.
