Very disappointed with this company. The site kept freezing and lagging and I had to keep refreshing. Uploading all those pictures for custom sections took forever. The whole design experience was a pain. The kids came home with yearbooks missing the pages we customized and the questionnaire answers we spent so much time filling out. I emailed support and just got an automatic message saying a ticket was made, but nobody responded for almost a full day. When I finally called, all they offered was a discount. I'm really frustrated about wasting hours uploading photos and having the kids redo a questionnaire because of their crashes. The final product is disappointing too. The dark blue background with black text is really hard to read and the layout is inconsistent with some pages having huge margins while others don't. There's way too much empty space. I'm really not happy with this at all.

Making 4 custom pages was problematic because their site kept acting up and running slow. When I checked out, 2 of those pages didn't go through. Their website could definitely use a complete redesign. Follow up: Treering stepped up and offered me a really good discount code to reorder with all my pages. Thank you for fixing it.
