It's been weeks and my order still hasn't shown up. I can't get real help either since their site and email are just automated responses, and nobody answers the phone. I got charged over a hundred bucks when I placed the order but still have nothing to show for it.
As a regular shopper here, I've always been impressed by how fresh and high quality everything is. I sent one of their boxes to my entire family as a holiday gift and they absolutely loved it!
I customized my own box and when it arrived, everything inside was in terrible condition. The pineapple had a hole in it and was rotting, the mangoes were the wrong variety plus bruised and mushy, and the avocados got completely smashed under the other fruits creating liquid all over the box. The papayas were tiny with hardly any usable flesh. I paid over a hundred dollars for this and the quality was worse than what you'd find in a discount grocery store dumpster. Every single item was spoiled or damaged. I asked for my money back through my credit card and the company kept offering store credit instead of actually solving the problem. After nearly two weeks of going back and forth, my credit card company finally refunded me. I'm done with this place and won't be ordering again.
