TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I received a 15 percent off coupon but when I tried to apply free shipping to my order over 90 dollars, I still got charged the shipping fee. Their customer service accused me of lying when I complained. I will absolutely never buy from this company again. AWFUL!!!!

As someone who grows microgreens, I've had major germination failures with these seeds. When I called to discuss the issue, I was told plenty of others are experiencing the same problem and was just given an email address to contact. What really frustrated me was being told in a dismissive way that they don't have anyone on staff anymore who actually understands growing. For a seed business, not having that expertise is pretty shocking.
