The actual product quality is good, but getting it took forever. I ordered late October and didn't receive it until late November, which is a full month. Since I'm in Canada I knew it'd take longer, but that was excessive. A week after it supposedly shipped, the tracking hadn't moved at all, so I emailed support. Their response came across pretty condescending, like they were explaining the basics to someone who should already know. They mentioned they batch all Canadian orders and they get separated at the border, and that I should expect a few more days from there. When it finally showed up, at least everything was correct. The flavors were mixed though one bag of cookies and cream was pretty bad while the chocolate fudge brownie was really solid. Would buy again despite the shipping hassle since it's cheaper than other options, but the flavor consistency is hit or miss.

Got this on my friend's suggestion. Really like both the product itself and what the company stands for. The ordering was smooth and didn't experience any major hold-ups. Folks nowadays expect everything overnight, but honestly a week is pretty reasonable. The taste is solid and I loved being able to customize my order exactly how I wanted it.

Orders sit in the warehouse for weeks. Extra carrier charges ended up being half of what I paid. Customer service reps don't care and have no clue what they're doing. Yeah the product is okay, but you'd have better luck buying your own dairy cow, processing it yourself, growing your own fruit trees, harvesting and flavoring everything, then mailing it to yourself overseas with ground shipping. Even if your stuff actually arrives or they refund you, most people will have had a better experience than dealing with this company. Total waste of time and money. Steer clear.

Used to love this company. The products are still solid, but that's basically it anymore. Back in the day, orders would leave in about two days, which was pretty fast for something custom. Now they're taking a full week just to get it out the door. When I emailed asking about it, instead of apologizing, they basically made it my fault that service has gotten worse. That's not even the worst part though. I got my order and discovered their website will let you use multiple promo codes together even when they shouldn't stack. They then just say sorry and don't give you half the stuff you were supposed to get. Their TrueFlavor line is fantastic, but they've gone corporate and it shows in how they treat long-time customers like us.

This brand truly cares about their customers. Their vegan protein is hands down the best I've ever used, and their customer service team responds quickly and treats you really well. You should definitely check them out!
