Placed an order at the end of November and got an order confirmation with tracking information right away. It's been weeks now and the tracking number still shows the carrier never picked it up, even though it was supposed to arrive mid-December. I've reached out multiple times but keep getting generic responses that don't actually address my concerns. It feels impossible to get in touch with someone who can actually help. These items weren't cheap either, so paying for something and never receiving it is really frustrating and disappointing.
