What Shoppers Say About TRX Training
TRX Training has a severe customer service problem that overwhelmingly dominates shopper feedback. Reviewers consistently report unresponsive support, missing items from orders, unexplained shipping delays, and difficulty getting refunds. Multiple shoppers mention that emails go unanswered, chat features don't work, and customer service interactions are ineffective despite polite responses. Some reviewers also raise concerns about recurring unauthorized charges to payment methods.
While a small minority of shoppers acknowledge that the product quality itself is acceptable, this praise is heavily outweighed by frustration with the company's operations and support. The fundamental issue appears to be a breakdown in order fulfillment and post-purchase communication rather than product defects. Shoppers consistently recommend looking elsewhere for similar products due to the company's apparent indifference to customer satisfaction and lack of improvement despite ongoing complaints.

Sorted by: Most recentYou charged my account but haven't responded to a single email or confirmed that my order shipped. I've tried emailing twice and even reached out through Facebook and messenger. Your page gets updated regularly but my messages go nowhere. Also, the phone number listed at the top of your site is premium rate and there's no other contact info anywhere on the site.
I'm never buying from TRX again, honestly. I made an impulse purchase during a sale but then realized the equipment needs to be mounted on a weight bearing wall, which should've been clearly stated on the product listing. That ruled out every spot in my house. The 30 day return window should help, except their team won't actually process anything without approval and an RMA number, and getting them to respond is impossible. When I finally opened a dispute with my payment processor, they magically sent a return label. I got the unused package there 10 days ago and still nothing on the refund front. Another message went unanswered for a week. At this point the dispute window is closing and my payment provider is still waiting on TRX to respond. I may have to escalate further and wait another couple weeks for resolution. Hard to imagine how this could get any worse.
TRX's customer service is basically gone at this point and it's honestly sad. It doesn't even make sense. Millions are sitting at home right now without work so they should be able to staff up and answer the phone. They've buried their phone number on the site now. When you find it and call, the recording tells you to hang up. The online chat says it's not working anymore. Email gets you nowhere. A lot of companies are using COVID as cover to cut customer service while keeping customers in the dark about delays. TRX appears to be doing exactly that. They're not providing ANY customer service right now. They won't answer questions, won't pick up the phone, won't read emails. You can't contact them at all. Your order gets shipped whenever they decide.
My kids purchased a TRX for me as a birthday gift through the UK location. We've been trying to get in touch about returning it, but we keep hitting a wall. That's 8 emails from them and several from me too, with absolutely zero replies. I get that COVID has been rough on everyone, but they seemed to have no problem taking the money when we ordered. There's no phone line to call either. This has got to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Skip the Australian TRX store completely. I've been trying to contact them since April about an order I placed in March. I got a receipt but the wall hinge never came. Their website login keeps failing and redirecting back to the login page, and their customer service email bounces back as undeliverable. I spent $60 on nothing. I should've just gone to Bunnings. Don't waste your time with TRX Australia.
I sent in a support request a month ago and nobody's gotten back to me about starting a return. Looks like email is the only way to reach them. It would help if they had some kind of automated system for returns since they can't keep up with customer requests. I recognize that current circumstances may slow things down and I'm not sure what the best way to reach them would be otherwise.
We ran into a kettlebell shortage because of how high demand was. No problem though. Alek's team at the UK store delivered outstanding support and took care of everything. Couldn't be happier with how things turned out and would recommend them without hesitation.
