This place is awful. Paid extra for faster shipping to get a costume in time and after a week nothing showed up. No costume for my event. Completely unacceptable from everyone involved.

Total rip off. They grab your cash and then never actually ship what you ordered. Good luck getting them to respond to emails either. All those items they show online? I think it's all fake.

Bought a hoodie for my young kid and he absolutely loved it initially. The design matched the website photos perfectly. But when we washed it normally the colors started fading out and white patches appeared everywhere. Asked about getting a replacement but was told their policy doesn't cover it since it had been worn and washed. I understand that for normal wear but this is clearly a manufacturing problem. Really upset about it. This place doesn't really stand behind what they sell. Stay away.

The actual products were okay but good luck if you need to send something back. This operation feels like it's run out of someone's garage. I bought four shirts and changed my mind on two after they arrived. Used PayPal and waited a whole month before calling about my refund. Got told the person handling returns was away. Called back two weeks later and spoke with the same guy who promised it would be immediate. Ten days pass with nothing. Called a third time and a different person said the exact same thing about processing it right away. Still waiting after three more days. I'm done with them. They've got plenty of choices but I'm warning people away from this small operation. Business with them is risky.
