The return process is a nightmare. Phone calls go unanswered and voicemails never get returned. Sent emails about returning something and got nothing back. Had to get help from Google to finally get a response. Even then they only gave partial money back. Google had to step in again to get my full refund. Never shopping here again. Be careful out there.
