Very disappointed. When I tried getting help, I only got routed through automated customer service systems that never solved anything. Asked for a real person and instead kept getting different AI assistants using different names pretending to be actual representatives. What a frustrating experience. My camera started having issues before the first year ended and there's nobody there to help fix it. This cheap plastic won't work for me anymore. Switching to a better company.
