While they advertise a 60-day return window, check the fine print before assuming it's a good deal. They'll deduct various fees when you send it back, making the total cost way higher than just buying something cheaper elsewhere that works just as well. Their marketing makes big promises they don't deliver on. I'd steer clear and look for alternatives. I got their solar pack version and practically needed a completely open yard with no trees, fences, or bushes to even use it properly. Not worth the trouble.

I've been trying to reach someone at this company but haven't had any luck. I bought one of these devices and after it didn't work very well, I figured buying a second one might help based on something I read online about placing them in different spots facing the problem area. Turned out that made no difference whatsoever. The barking dog completely ignored both devices. Then after several months, one unit just completely stopped functioning, naturally right when the warranty expired. I even wrote a detailed review with photos hoping the company would reach out to me about it, but they never published it on their site. Save yourself the money and skip the Dog Silencer Max entirely.
