I assumed the order would go out around then. When that date came and went without any word from the company, I had trouble getting ahold of anyone. Eventually customer service let me know the new ship date would be late March instead. So now I'm looking at waiting over two months total, which is way longer than what I thought when I placed the order. The real problem was how they handled communication and how hard it was to reach anyone. If the ship date had shifted, a heads up from them would've been nice instead of me having to track them down for answers. I get that delays happen sometimes, but customers need accurate timelines and good communication when they're deciding where to shop.
I picked up 3 BMW parts in November and waited a full month without getting them. When I contacted them to see when they'd arrive, they couldn't give me any timeline. After a month went by, I decided to cancel everything and had no trouble with that. Then I asked for my refund and they said sure. But two months later and still no money back. I ended up calling my PayPal to handle it and finally got my refund that way. Don't do business with these people - I think they're taking advantage of customers. Nobody should order from them.
The prices are decent but the customer service is basically nonexistent. Seriously, there's no real support here. Questions go unanswered and I've placed a few orders that all showed up late. The worst was when I dropped almost fifty bucks for two day shipping on my last purchase and it still took five days to arrive.
Based on my experience, I'd strongly advise against ordering here. I placed an order back in late November for 3 items, and as of early January I've only received one of them. I submitted support tickets twice - the first response said the items were backordered, but when I checked competitors like urotuning they were showing shipment within a week. My second ticket requesting a cancellation and refund has gone unanswered. The tracking numbers provided don't seem to work either, which apparently is a recurring problem with this company. I chose them mainly for the lower price, but that turned out to be a mistake. You really should pay extra and go with a reliable company like urotuning where you actually get your parts on time.
Got a delivery today for two hundred fifty dollars in parts and opened it up to find nothing but bubble wrap inside the box. This company looks like straight up fraud to me.

USP Motorsports carries car parts but you should know their return and refund terms are really tough. Their policy requires a 20% restocking fee on everything you send back, no exceptions. They won't even send you a return label - if you use theirs instead, they also charge return shipping on top of that 20%. And here's the kicker - their website says certain parts fit specific vehicles when they actually don't. Even with wrong fitment, they still won't do a proper return. It feels like a rip-off with misleading product info and a rigid no-flexibility return policy. Shopping here turns into an aggravating and pricey mistake.
I bought a part on December 30 and paid an extra hundred and two dollars for overnight same-day delivery. Then customer service told me it would show up on the 10th with a ship date of the 13th. No updates came through, and when I called on the 14th the rep just asked if I wanted to cancel. Horrible way to do business - I'm never shopping there again.
I'm finished with USP. Their checkout system is awful and they can't handle their inventory right. Out of my last four orders, three had stuff that was listed as in stock and ready to go but took forever to ship, or never got sent at all. Plus there's zero communication about any of it. Save yourself the trouble and take your money somewhere else like I'm about to do.
