Terrible experience with this store. I went to purchase a fragrance collection but my payment went through even though the order seemed to fail. Two weeks have passed and I still haven't gotten my purchase or any real help from customer support.

Discovered some awesome items while browsing but honestly the reviews scared me a bit so I almost didn't order. I decided to take a chance anyway and it turned out great. Both my shipment and my refund process were handled really well. The refund wasn't even their mistake but they handled it smoothly. The products are excellent and the pricing is fair. Made an order for a 50ml size when I meant to get the 100ml, which was basically the same price and better value. Couldn't find an option to cancel online so I emailed through their customer service form. After waiting forever I just called them. They told me orders can't be canceled so items ship faster, which doesn't make any sense. They're clearly banking on customers forgetting to send things back. On top of that they charge you to return it, which really discourages people from doing so. I'd say skip this place entirely and buy from somewhere with an actual reputation. Don't waste your time like I did.

This is a scam plain and simple. Their customer service is awful and they pull a bait and switch with their free gifts. The website advertises free items with your purchase but they never arrive. Then they tell you they're out of stock and if you want to return the order you pay to ship it back yourself. The free gift is still listed on their site too, which is super misleading and unfair.

Ordered a gift collection and was asked to pick my free items at checkout. Everything went smoothly at first and I got a shipping confirmation saying the carrier was ready to pick it up. A week later it's still not moving and there's no tracking info. Called their customer support and they said the package isn't with the carrier yet and that because of where I live it could take 30 days to get here. That seems way too long for a high end brand. I've gotten perfume from other places and never had to wait a month. Kind of disappointed with how slowly this is moving.

Had a really bad time with their customer service. Got a fragrance but the promotional gifts never arrived. When I complained they blamed it on the discount code I used, which was their own promotion. Called and chatted with them multiple times and got nowhere. Hands down the worst shopping experience for me. Definitely would not recommend this place at all.

This was a frustrating experience. I added one cologne to my cart and the website kept suggesting extras like a 15ml cologne gift, a small bag, and showed me a $15 new customer discount. Everything sat in my cart when I went through checkout and made my purchase. After confirming, I got an email saying I only got the cologne plus the $15 off, not the other items that were clearly displayed and promised during my order. That's not how a purchase should work. I reached out to their support and they were dismissive and rude, telling me I'd have to dig through their website to find some buried policy that limits offers. The system automatically picked which discount to give me without asking. This felt deceptive and wrong.

Completely unacceptable service. This happens to people all the time here. You get charged but your actual order doesn't process right, which is pretty suspicious. Their customer service basically doesn't exist unless you post a bad review, then suddenly they want to apologize. But they won't do anything about your money. They just keep it. This isn't the Valentino brand experience I'm familiar with.
