What Shoppers Say About Vessel
Vessel shoppers are deeply divided. Devoted repeat customers praise the brand for product quality, design elegance, and occasionally exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond (such as arranging special international accommodations). However, nearly half of reviewers report serious problems: lengthy delays before orders ship, broken or defective products that fail to function, unresponsive customer support channels (chat wait times exceeding seven hours, email delays of two weeks or more), and reluctance to process replacements or refunds without pushing back. Quality control failures and shipping decisions that ignore carrier disruptions have also frustrated buyers.
The stark divide between highly satisfied repeat customers and frustrated one-time buyers suggests inconsistent execution. While product design and quality appeal to those who have had positive experiences, the combination of shipping delays, defective items, and unresponsive support creates significant friction for a meaningful portion of the customer base. Service recovery remains a concern, with some customers reporting refunds only after persistent follow-up.

Sorted by: Most recentTheir products really deliver on what they promise. I have quite a few items from them and when I've had a couple technical issues pop up, they've been fixed without any hassle. Quick turnaround and painless resolution each time. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for quality and good support.
Customer service here is truly impressive and they respond right away. The products are built to last and perform really well. When it comes to 510 thread cartridges, Vessel is the only brand I trust.
Wanted to update my earlier thoughts. Pulled out my Vessel battery recently to give it another shot and it's actually working really well now. Does a solid job heating up rosin.
I own several of their products and while they look great aesthetically, that's where the positives end. The batteries stop holding a charge after a month or two of regular use. I've gotten the compass battery multiple times with defects straight from the manufacturer, like missing magnets or a spring connector that won't retract, preventing any cartridge from connecting properly. Their customer service either ignores you or gets defensive about the issues, making up excuses instead of taking responsibility. The whole company feels like a letdown. Products arrive broken or fail within a few months, and support is either absent or dismissive.
Paid full price for their top of the line model and it worked great for exactly six months and three weeks before the battery quit charging. Vessel won't stand behind it because they only offer a six month warranty, so I'm stuck. That short of a warranty tells you everything you need to know about how well these are built. Six months is basically nothing. You're better off grabbing a cheap ten dollar battery from somewhere else, honestly.
Just ordered a Compass and when I opened it, you could tell they take pride in how they package things. The weight and attention to detail made it feel special. Unfortunately, it stopped working properly after less than two weeks. I wasn't entirely sure if it was the device itself or the cartridge causing the issue. When I contacted their support team, they were fantastic. Quick responses, really polite, and they handled it fast and professionally. They sent me a replacement Compass right away. Based on how well they handled this problem, I'm a loyal customer now.
