One of my items never showed up, and when I told them about it, they kept saying they definitely sent it. The second thing came damaged and looked like it had been used before. Once I sent pictures to customer service, they said they'd give me my money back. But then they changed their story and said I had to ship the item back first. By that point way too much time had passed for me to do that. The same person kept giving me different answers, took forever to respond, and the whole experience felt like really poor customer service.
