I had three items coming in my subscription box, and as a real business you'd think they'd contact me if something wasn't available instead of just sending what they have, charging me shipping anyway, and calling it done. So I stopped my subscription. Then they hit me with a BOGO deal so I gave them another shot and ordered the Multi Collagen Burn bundle that came with a free shaker and sample packet. Today it shows up and the packing slip lists all three items, but that's clearly not what I got. Had to email them about the mistake again. They did respond within 24 hours with an apology and asked for photos and the receipt, which I provided no problem since the paperwork shows three items. I'm just exhausted having to deal with these kinds of mix-ups over and over. Something's clearly broken in how they handle orders from start to finish.
Complete rip-off operation. I ordered the Multi Collagen Burn Powder in the unflavored version for 38.52 and what showed up was just an empty plastic bottle in the package with no actual product inside. They got a tracking number to prove it was delivered, which makes it nearly impossible to dispute that nothing was actually sent.
