I've reached out to this company several times trying to complete a return like they asked me to do, but my follow-up messages have gone unanswered for months. Not a single email has gotten any acknowledgement from their team. Based on their customer service alone, I won't be ordering from them again.

My first locket purchase had a clasp that was broken right out of the box. The replacement lasted barely 10 days of casual wear (no showers, lotions, or cologne) before the plating started peeling off and turned from gold to silver. Most of my other gold-plated jewelry from different brands has held up way better despite being worn significantly more often. The quality is really poor. Don't waste your money on this.

The customer service here is really disappointing. I've sent multiple emails and haven't gotten a single response. The designs themselves are actually pretty cute, but the jewelry quality is just okay and feels overpriced for what you're getting. It's a shame because I actually love their aesthetic, but I can't recommend them based on how they treat customers.

Skip this purchase! I placed an order thinking I'd get it before Christmas since the listing said 3-5 days, but it shipped from Malaysia instead. The company claimed it missed its first flight pickup. When the package finally arrived in my country, it got handed off to a courier who said delivery failed but didn't tell me for 24 hours. Then they informed me they can't deliver to my local postal service and wanted me to provide a different address. Now I'm stuck with 3 different tracking numbers that don't work, and they won't budge on accepting any address changes. I've replied multiple times to their emails and they keep saying the address is incomplete, which is completely frustrating. I sent a shorter version of the address since I didn't know what else to do. The whole situation is a mess and I still don't even know if the actual item is decent because it's sitting with the courier and now it's way past Christmas. I ended up without a gift for my family member. Unless you want to take a huge risk, shop somewhere else. This entire experience has been untrustworthy from start to finish.

Ordered some earrings and a couple of bracelets, and one of the bracelets arrived with a broken clasp that won't open or close properly, making it impossible to wear. I sent the company pictures and got a response saying they'd look into next steps, but nothing happened. I followed up twice more since these were supposed to be gifts for an upcoming event, but I haven't heard a word from them. It's pretty unacceptable when you've spent that much money and they just ignore you.

Stay away from this company. They advertise the jewelry as silver, but what you actually get is a copper-nickel blend that starts tarnishing after just a year. For the price they're charging, it's definitely not worth it. Once you buy, don't expect any customer service either because they basically ghost you after the sale.
