The lifetime warranty here is genuinely fantastic. Unlike most companies that claim to have one then find excuses not to honor it, Wandrd actually backs theirs up. My zipper stopped working and I couldn't zip the bag closed anymore. The whole claim process was straightforward and they responded in 2 days with a replacement bag code. Outside of that one hiccup, I absolutely love this company. My bag has held up perfectly through daily use for a year, I get compliments constantly, and it fits all my stuff perfectly. I've even used it for hiking and it's more comfortable than actual hiking packs. These people genuinely care about their customers, which is pretty rare nowadays. Seriously can't praise them enough.

Amazing customer service experience. My PRVKE 21L from 2019 had the main zipper stitching come loose after 4 years of use. I checked the warranty info and it said lifetime coverage.
