Sorted by: Most recentGot my business cards from them and the quality was terrible. They cut off part of one of my letters and blamed me for placing it too close to the edge. But when I look at the proof I approved, nothing was cut off because of how close my email was. They said no to fixing it and told me to reorder with corrections instead.
This place is a total scam. How is an online envelope seller this bad? They cancelled my order and never sent my money back. Keep telling me my account is under review. You're just selling envelopes, what account review do you need to do?
I placed an order with them and received my shipment. I paid the invoice right away before the package even arrived. Then without warning they switched my account to prepaid status. They waited until after I paid to tell me I'm a new customer so now I'm stuck on prepaid terms. This is terrible business practice. I'm reporting this to the BBB and telling all my business-owning friends and family to stay away from ordering from them.
This paper deal is a scam. My sales rep emailed saying a paper sale was ending in September. I didn't order yet. Then another email saying the sale got extended. Since I only needed one case I went ahead and ordered. The paper wasn't bright white at all and you could see right through it. It was a lower quality than I expected and I checked the item number against my previous order. This was supposed to be the same thing. Don't trust this company.
I placed an order and never got it. I called their customer support FIVE different times. Each person said they had to check with the driver. Here's what they told me: First they said it was refused. Then they said it was refused again. Then they claimed it was refused because of a locked gate or wrong keypad number, but that's impossible because I live in a regular house with no gates or fences anywhere. They said they handed it off to UPS and it was refused there. Total lie. Plus they promised they'd call me back personally and never did. Then another person gave me their direct number and said they'd follow up after talking to the driver. Another lie. I will never order from them again.
We've been loyal WB Mason customers for years, but their service has really gone downhill. We ordered water that normally arrives the next day, and it's been four days with nothing. I got the invoice no problem though. I called multiple times and customer service kept saying they'd call the driver and then left me on hold before disconnecting. Another time I gave them my number asking them to call back with an update and they never did. We're really let down and looking at other suppliers. You can't run a business like this if you want to keep customers.
Hands down the worst company I've dealt with and their customer service reps were incredibly rude. Got a supervisor named Lisa and someone named Kayla on the phone who were condescending and unhelpful, basically saying they couldn't do anything except offer a refund. Still haven't seen that money. I ordered ten days ago with supposed next day delivery and nothing arrived. I called support three days straight, twice a day. When I finally got Lisa, after tons of back and forth she said the best they could do was a refund. They cancelled the order and said I'd get my money back and the items wouldn't be delivered. This happened in the morning and that evening a delivery showed up that I didn't ask for. The package looked way too small for everything I ordered. When I called to ask why they delivered after cancelling, I'm told she's out of office because it's five PM. I called at five oh seven. Still waiting to see if my money actually comes back.
I used to be happy with WB Mason because their delivery was super fast, next day usually. But the last few orders have been incredibly slow. I placed one last Thursday for Friday delivery. They said Monday. Now today they're telling me the driver didn't have everything on the truck so they're not delivering until tomorrow. Done with them.
If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. Working with them is a nightmare. I ordered something that was in stock on the third but ten days went by with zero tracking info. Then it said delivered but I never got it. I had to call about a dozen times. Finally it showed up on my doorstep on the twenty-first. I don't even want it now because they already gave me a refund. Now I'm stuck waiting at home for a pickup from some unknown company they contracted because they won't give you any info about what's happening.
