I contacted their team and got the runaround and excuses. A field rep called the next day telling me to just go to Staples instead, saying my items wouldn't arrive for at least three more days and that the website availability info wasn't trustworthy. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he laughed it off. His manager is apparently on vacation and according to him, there's nobody else at the company who can handle complaints. I need reliable delivery or I can't work with a company. The rep told me I could have his manager's number but that's not helpful. I called back and the other reps at least tried to help without mocking me.
The toner cost way too much, but it was the only place that had stock. Delivery took longer than promised which sucked. My coupon didn't work because of all these exclusions. I needed to send back the item since I ended up getting my fliers printed somewhere local instead. Their return policy requires the packaging to be in perfect condition, but they shipped it by slapping a label right on the box, which left marks and damage. Seems intentional so you can't return anything. Never shopping here again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I bought sixty dollars worth of hand sanitizer back in March when everything started shutting down. Weeks passed without any word so I emailed asking to cancel if it wasn't shipping soon. They ignored me. Five months later a package shows up and I get billed for hand sanitizer I don't need anymore. It's not even the brand I ordered. I emailed and called asking about a return and got nothing. This is a scam and totally unethical.
I've been ordering from WB Mason for years and used to know what to expect. But everything changed after COVID hit. Problems keep piling up. They delivered water but I forgot to grab the bottles. I called to schedule a pickup for them. Nobody ever came. I called five times over three weeks and still nothing. My landlord ended up fining me because the hallway was cluttered with the bottles. It's a tiny hallway. I finally switched to a different company and gave them the old bottles. WB Mason keeps sending me invoices but couldn't manage to pick up those bottles.
