Shout out to Jessie who drives the Vermont route. Every time he comes to the laundry department he goes the extra mile by stacking all the heavy detergent containers nicely. This guy deserves a raise for the effort he puts in.
I want to recognize Michael Slachta for being an excellent Manager at WB Mason. He consistently steps up to assist when companies need support. Thank you Michael for everything you contribute.
I have to give props to Michael Slachta who manages things over at WB Mason. He's always stepping up to help when my company needs something. Really appreciate all that you do, Michael.
This company works okay if you're in certain areas. Next day delivery? Yeah right. Maybe one to three days if you live within a hundred miles of their hub. If you're ordering to places like Columbia or Florida, good luck. And California might as well be on another planet. I'd never heard of them before and I'll forget about them just as quick. I can't recommend them to anyone, not even someone I don't like. I've dealt with sketchy businesses over two decades but this one is something else. Their focus is not on customers at all but on themselves. Plus their treatment of employees with health or mental issues is concerning. They'll never reach the level they're trying to copy with how things operate now.
They were sending bills to the wrong address. Next thing we knew we're in collections and a company is threatening to take legal action. We lost two of our employees because of the stress this caused. This company is overpriced and their customer service is awful. Stay away.
We ordered items that were supposed to come as a pair. The driver only delivered one piece and said the other wasn't loaded on his truck. He didn't seem bothered at all and refused to check with anyone or help figure it out. Just had that attitude that it's not his problem to deal with.
Ordered covid tests at a markup price because they promised delivery by January seventh. The tracking number never activated properly. It's supposedly coming from Boston and was mailed January third. It's now January eighth and the delivery estimate is January tenth, which is the same day the regular priced tests I ordered elsewhere will arrive. I contacted them and got an out of office message until Monday. They're inflating prices under false claims to capitalize on a crisis. That's pretty low.
Terrible company. Their representatives make promises they won't keep and ignore evidence when you call them out. I've had items arrive repeatedly broken or damaged.
I ordered a chair to be delivered to my home and it arrived. The size wasn't right so I started the return process. More than three weeks have passed and I'm still chasing my refund. Customer service keeps telling me they'll take care of it but nothing happens. The manager said they could see a credit and it would show up in two days. It didn't. I'm at the point where I'm thinking about driving down there and demanding my money in person.
