Just wrapped up another order for winter supplies including cold water bacteria and food. I've been shopping with Webb Online for years and remain very happy. Their pricing is competitive, they run frequent promotions and discount codes, plus they offer free shipping on orders over $49. Using my Pond Points to save money has been awesome too. I've only had one problem in all that time, which was a missing piece from an item that came in an open box. Called them up and they shipped the part right out.
Products arrived different from what I ordered. The owner knows about it and refuses to help fix the problem. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This is pretty disappointing.
If you're running a business and have a contract with this company, watch out. They don't stick to the terms and conditions they actually signed, even though their agreement clearly states multiple times what they agreed to. A reliable business partner honors what they've committed to in writing. These guys didn't deliver on that. Be cautious.

I called to ask why they sent something that didn't match my pump, and they admitted they don't actually carry parts for my pump model. So why was their site optimized for my pump brand and model then? The person I spoke with told me I'd need to fill out an RMA form. What that really meant was I'd be paying another thirteen dollars to ship it back with UPS, which is apparently the only return method they accept. So this mistake ended up costing me twenty six bucks total out of pocket. Next step was calling my credit card company to dispute it. Stay away from this place.
I'd rate them lower than one star if I could. Honestly don't waste your time or money here. I ordered a uv filter and pump for one of my client's ponds. The charge went through fine. Then a couple weeks pass and I find out they just canceled my order without telling me. So I tried placing another order this morning and they processed the payment but then instantly refunded it for reasons nobody explained to me. I was panicking because my clients are counting on me. I don't usually buy online, but I decided to give it a shot since my regular supplier couldn't find what I was looking for.
