A guy named Joe reached out trying to smooth things over and insisted that this kind of flow loss was completely normal, that he couldn't take it back since they don't accept used equipment, and that they stand completely behind everything they sell. Here's the thing though, Joe, that's just not true. What you've got here is a case of misleading product descriptions and a company that doesn't actually back their products. Had a really bad experience and would never work with them again. I called and asked for advice on what products would work best for my pond. Once everything arrived, it was all wrong for what I needed. I called back and they said I could return it but I'd have to pay for shipping. I had to push back hard because the mistake was on their end. Their response was that they couldn't prove they made a recommendation error, so I could either return it at my expense or keep it. That was the last time I'll do business with this company.
