Webb’s Water Gardens Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Webb’s Water Gardens
Webb's Water Gardens has a polarized customer base, rated 2.7 out of 5 by 12 shoppers. Loyal, long-term customers praise the company's competitive pricing, frequent promotions, free shipping over $49, Pond Points rewards program, and reliable service. These repeat customers report consistently positive experiences with product quality and delivery. However, a significant portion of recent reviewers report serious issues: products arriving different from orders with refusals to resolve, inventory discrepancies between the website and other sales channels, unresponsive customer service regarding rewards accounts, and alleged failure to honor contractual terms with business partners. Several one-star reviews suggest problems with accountability when issues arise.
The divergence in experiences appears tied to customer longevity, with established customers expressing satisfaction while newer or recent buyers report frustration with order accuracy and customer service responsiveness. The most consistent complaint involves the company's unwillingness to address or rectify problems once they occur, which contrasts sharply with the service quality praised by loyal customers.

Sorted by: Most recentI bought a pond pump advertised as delivering 600 gallons per hour. The listing didn't mention anything about what happens to the flow rate when you have to pump water uphill. Sure, pushing water uphill causes some reduction in flow, but I figured with only a two foot elevation change like mine has, the decrease would be pretty small. That's pretty standard for residential pond setups, right? Wrong. When I installed it and tested the actual output, I was only getting 363 gallons per hour, which is barely sixty percent of what they claimed. I complained about it. A guy named Joe reached out trying to smooth things over and insisted that this kind of flow loss was completely normal, that he couldn't take it back since they don't accept used equipment, and that they stand completely behind everything they sell. Here's the thing though, Joe, that's just not true. What you've got here is a case of misleading product descriptions and a company that doesn't actually back their products. I won't be buying from Webb's Water Gardens again and I'd tell anyone else looking at their pond pumps to look at other options instead. There are plenty of better companies out there.
Had a really bad experience and would never work with them again. I called and asked for advice on what products would work best for my pond. Once everything arrived, it was all wrong for what I needed. I called back and they said I could return it but I'd have to pay for shipping. I had to push back hard because the mistake was on their end. Their response was that they couldn't prove they made a recommendation error, so I could either return it at my expense or keep it. That was the last time I'll do business with this company.
