I'm really happy with these products! For several months now I've been using the green powder and skin elixir and can see solid improvements. I also tested the Goddess blend but it just wasn't right for me. Whenever I've needed help with anything, their support team has been wonderful, getting back to me within three days and typically making things right. I love how smooth everything has been, and even though they're based in Australia, they ship quickly from the US. Definitely recommend!

However, investigative journalism has exposed that the person making these claims doesn't actually have the qualifications she says she does. When I reached out demanding my money back and expressing safety concerns about a product designed by someone without proper credentials, they ignored me. Avoid ordering from here at all costs. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. I signed up for automatic deliveries every couple months and now I'm trying to cancel but can't reach anyone. They have an online chat that nobody answers, and they claim they'll respond within 24-48 hours but they never do. You can't even log into your account because the verification codes sent to email and phone don't work. You're stuck emailing them with zero response. Right after I completed my purchase I tried to cancel immediately by sending an email. All I got back was an automated message. The item showed up and sat unopened on my shelf for months. Finally I decided to open it. That was a mistake. For the price they charge, they can't even throw in a measuring spoon. Plus the customer service is nonexistent. Second, the taste is pretty bad. I've sent 3 separate emails and looked all over their website for a way to leave feedback but couldn't find one. Still no actual person has responded to me. Once they have your payment, you're done. Don't expect any customer care after that.

I made a purchase on the 11th and still nothing has arrived. When I emailed on Friday the 13th I didn't get a response until Monday. Then they said they'd look into where my package went and get back to me, but I still haven't heard anything. This is my first and last purchase from them. Next time I'll order my greens supplement from a different company that actually responds quickly to emails and gets shipments out within 3-4 days from overseas. Wish I could give this zero stars.
