Living outside the US, that extra shipping charge ended up matching the price of my entire order, which was pretty frustrating. On top of that, the blades showed up in a box way bigger than necessary for what was inside.
My issue isn't really about the meat grinder itself, which is why I'm giving just one star. When my order arrived, the shipping company had clearly dropped the package hard. Both the outer and inner boxes showed significant damage, and the grinder looked like it might be bent. I reached out to the company multiple times asking if the unit would still be safe to operate, including video and photo documentation of the damage. That was over a week ago and still nothing. Their phone line just loops you back to the website with no real person to talk to. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and saw they have an F rating there. Honestly, I'm worried about what dealing with a warranty claim would actually look like with this company.
