I bought the limited edition twin stars set when it dropped along with some other stuff. No shipping notification came through but they're claiming it was delivered and I never got it. I've reached out multiple times this past week and they refuse to help track down my package. I spent over $100 on this order and they act like they couldn't care less. They keep pushing me to contact FedEx myself while insisting they can't do it, even though they obviously can. They're just sending me automated responses and ignoring my real concerns.

Their makeup is fantastic and I love the fun packaging and designs. I've been a customer since I was younger and haven't stopped. The quality is consistently good with lots of options to choose from. Their formulas never disappoint, and honestly their lipsticks are the best part!

Their website is a complete disaster. I placed 2 separate orders three days apart and now my account shows zero order history. I've emailed customer support three different times about this and while they keep saying it's fixed, nothing has changed. Plus the shipping through FedEx is painfully slow. I can't even rate the actual products since I haven't gotten my packages yet. This is my last time buying from them because both the website and support are absolutely terrible.
