Absolutely terrible experience, I'm sorry to say. I placed an order for cupcakes to be our Christmas treat, but they showed up three days past Christmas. Their customer service team is basically useless - they keep making commitments they never follow through on. I can't suggest this place to anyone, and I'm really let down since I was hoping for something special.
