Overall they're fine, but shipping costs are a real issue. They're charging $11 when most competitors are under $10. I only shop with them when I can't find what I'm looking for anywhere else.

Spent close to $700 on hair products from this site during a Black Friday sale but they just cancelled the order without explaining why. I didn't find out until December 1st when I got two separate refund notices from PayPal. My wife was counting on that hair for work and they couldn't be bothered to reach out and let me know so we could order elsewhere. Since they never communicated, we couldn't even take advantage of the Black Friday pricing at another store. This is really poor customer service. My wife has no hair for her job now and doesn't know what to do.

Ordered about $75 worth of stuff and was pretty nervous since it was my first time ordering from them. Got everything delivered the next day and I'm over the moon. This is something that happened a while back but wanted to warn people. I ordered like I normally do and for this one order I chose to pay with PayPal. It was winter and the weather wasn't great, so when the delivery took longer I figured that was why. Then I checked tracking and it said delivered. I live in an apartment complex where packages go to the main office. None of the staff there had it. I contacted PayPal to open an investigation and tried reaching out to this company through email and phone. After a few days someone got back to me and said the package was sent back to their warehouse and never made it to me. When I asked if they could just resend it and I'd cover shipping costs, they refused. I had to prove to PayPal I never received it, and they reimbursed me since the company wouldn't help. I figured it was probably the mail carrier's mistake and moved on. But when I placed another order later, I didn't get a confirmation email after a few days so I contacted them again.

If you order during the week before 5 pm eastern time, they get it shipped same day. I've never needed their customer service because I've never had a problem. Starting with a new website can feel risky but these folks are totally legit and awesome. Highly recommend.
