Paying nearly 20 bucks for shipping on an eleven-day delivery for something prepackaged seems ridiculous. Next time I'll just buy something local and ship it myself.
Possibly the worst customer service we've ever dealt with. Our order came on Dec. 12 with barely one-third of what we ordered. We called customer service four times. First they said it was coming in two shipments with one delayed. Next two calls they said they'd reorder and rush it in 48 hours. The third call, totally different story, said nope, nothing was reordered because items are out of stock and we couldn't get it until after Christmas. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, so getting it in January was pointless. They promised a full refund. A week later we got two dollars back. They just lie to customers to get them off the phone.
Been ordering here for years but I'm stopping now. Placed an order on 12/18 for a gift that was supposedly ready to go with a 12/26 delivery date. Checked on it 12/24 and they'd pushed the shipping date back to 1/21/25. Seriously? Spent over an hour on chat just to have that confirmed. Asked to cancel and get refunded. They wouldn't do it. Finally after talking to two different agents on 12/26, I got a 12/30 delivery date instead. One agent admitted the first person messed up. The customer service and communication are both terrible, and I just can't deal with this anymore. I'm done.
Just got The Deluxe Ham Brunch Banquet for my dad to enjoy with my sister and his granddaughter. They couldn't stop raving about everything that came in the package. It was a huge hit, priced really well, and the free shipping made it even better. Really appreciate it!
