This isn't a good product. I saw tons of videos and positive feedback before I bought it, so my expectations were pretty high. The dark brown and black option ended up looking grey and definitely not dark at all. It doesn't go on smoothly and ends up looking patchy and grainy. I wouldn't tell anyone to use this.

This is awful. Seriously, don't buy it. I put it on and it looked great that same day. Then I slept on it and when I woke up, half of it had disappeared. It's such a waste and I'm really irritated that so many people hype this product up when it clearly doesn't work. Very disappointed with this whole thing.

Brow products that actually work are impossible to find, but this one is the real deal. It performs exactly as described and won't cost you a fortune either. YouTube has tons of helpful tutorials that'll get you applying it perfectly. It stays put all day and looks naturally full depending on your application. I'm totally satisfied with this product and the quality definitely justifies the expense. Highly recommending! Their team was also super responsive when I messaged them on social media, making the whole purchasing and delivery process stress-free.

The product itself is okay, but it doesn't do what they claim. I sent them a couple emails and posted on their Facebook page twice asking why it wouldn't stay on, since they advertise it lasts for multiple days. On my skin it only lasted a few hours no matter how I applied it. Nobody ever responded to me. Their customer support is pretty awful.

The delivery was actually fine timing-wise, but the product itself is pretty terrible. It comes out sticky and honestly looks like you've slathered paint all over your face. The promotional videos are super misleading too. The applicator they show you using is completely different from what's actually in the package. It's honestly a pain to apply correctly. I really can't tell anyone to buy this. You're better off going with a regular eyebrow pencil and keeping your money.

I really wish I could recommend this because the actual product quality is solid, but honestly the whole experience was a nightmare. I paid extra for next-day shipping and it took several days to arrive. When it finally showed up, the container was basically empty with just traces left on the sides, which gave me maybe 3 applications. I reached out to their support team half a dozen times and never heard back. It's frustrating when you're spending nearly 20 pounds plus shipping for something and you don't get what you paid for or any assistance. I actually do like the Wunderbrow formula itself, but there's no way I'm ordering again after that first awful experience. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right before leaving this review, thinking I could upgrade to 5 stars, but the silence was deafening. The customer service here is seriously disappointing.
