The manager here was incredible to work with, so personable and attentive. Our bartender was equally awesome. If you go, definitely ask for the manager. You don't see this kind of genuine hospitality from managers often because a lot of them feel phony, but she was honestly super friendly and real. People like her make the experience so much better. We'll definitely be coming back.

Tried the jambalaya, which is usually pretty good, but not this time. The chicken was tough and chewy, and the sausage was even worse. To make matters worse, the sauce seemed skimpy compared to what I've gotten before. Makes me wonder if things are struggling behind the scenes. On the bright side, the staff and overall atmosphere were as nice as ever.

Found Yard House where we live in Virginia and it's become a favorite. I'd been to locations on the West Coast before and wasn't blown away, but this Virginia Beach spot is fantastic. We've gone twice in the last month and had excellent service and food both times. Even when it's packed on Friday nights, they keep up with everything efficiently. The management is solid, the staff is really good, and their filet mignon is delicious. This is my new go-to place.

Had a fantastic lunch experience at Yard House with the family this past weekend. The atmosphere was welcoming the moment we walked in, and our server was attentive and made excellent menu recommendations. We ordered burgers that had an amazing smokey taste, and everyone loved them. The beer selection is huge, making it easy to find something that goes well with whatever you're eating. The whole experience was exactly what you'd want from a restaurant visit. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been yet!

The food quality here was really disappointing. My kids ordered chicken sandwiches that tasted greasy and were totally dry. After eating just part of theirs, both kids got sick. It was a pretty rough experience, and honestly I'm shocked this place is still operating. Not going back.

Visited Hawaii and ended up at Yard House in Waikiki. We had no idea what it was but came back every single day of our trip. Happy Hour specials were fantastic, and the drink and food deals were awesome. Everything comes in huge portions. The servers were fantastic across all eight visits we made. Definitely a hidden gem when you're vacationing on the islands.

The food was really tasty, especially that tomato bisque. We enjoyed everything we ordered. My one complaint is the noise level, which totally killed the vibe. The music was blasting so loud it felt like a club in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. Wanted a nice lunch with my husband but we literally couldn't hear each other over the rock and roll. Pretty disappointing since the food deserved a better atmosphere.
