The Customer Service Manager was absolutely unprofessional. They sent me a completely incorrect order - one item I paid for and saw on my receipt was completely missing, and they substituted something else that I didn't want and can't even use. I emailed them asking to fix it. The Customer Service Manager responded by being hostile and condescending, basically telling me if I didn't like it I should cancel my membership and find somewhere else. Totally disrespectful and rude. I've been buying from them for fifteen years. Not anymore. I'm actually going to warn friends to avoid this company. To make matters worse, I still haven't gotten a refund or the items I actually ordered.
Awful experience with their support team! They mistakenly shipped and billed me for multiple orders. The representative was incredibly rude, wouldn't let me get a word in, kept cutting me off mid-sentence, and made zero effort to work out a fair solution. The whole process lacked clear communication and honesty. Which is unfortunate because I actually liked their products, but I won't be ordering from Yves Rocher again.
Got a damaged shipment and terrible support. I ordered around $400 worth of stuff online, mostly gifts for people. When it showed up, the package was in rough shape - a shaving foam container had burst open and several items had stains on them. It took nearly three weeks of following up (and a bunch of my messages went unanswered) before I got anywhere. In the end they only refunded the foam and replaced a couple pouches. Nothing for the perfume boxes, the gift box, or the serum. Now I'm stuck trying to give damaged items as gifts, which is really frustrating for such a large order.
Really let down by my purchase this morning. Grabbed a bottle of their lavender relaxing massage oil and was totally disappointed. It smells nothing like lavender honestly, it's basically just plain oil. I was really hoping for a noticeable scent.

Their Sebo Vegetal, Elixir 7.9, and Hydra Vegetal collections are my favorites. My skin finally cooperates with these instead of reacting badly and getting all inflamed. I even order stuff sometimes to send to my mom since they don't have a Portuguese site. My husband won't use anything but their shower gels and body scrubs, though he's bummed they discontinued that pear scent he loved. One time I needed to call customer service about a glitch with my order and they were courteous, actually helpful, and sorted everything out immediately. Would definitely recommend to others.
