Saturday morning they replied saying the stock had just come in and asked if I wanted to keep the order. Since it was Saturday I wasn't expecting anything, but I wrote back that evening saying no, that I'd already found it elsewhere. Their response was basically too bad, it's already packed and gone out. They sent me a return label but I had to pay 17 bucks to ship it back myself. When I mentioned how frustrating this whole situation was, they totally ignored my complaint. It's clear they don't care that they made a mistake and cost me money. Just wanted to give people a heads up about how they handle business.
Careful before you buy here. I ordered some aftermarket headlights for my 370Z because I'd had good luck with the brand previously. When they arrived, I did what I always do and plugged them in to test them before installation. The headlight didn't work. I contacted the company about returning it, and they told me they don't accept returns on installed parts. The problem is, I never installed it at all, just powered it up to check if it functioned. The original headlight I tested worked fine when I plugged it back in. I'm extremely frustrated and won't be ordering from them again. This return policy is unreasonable when the product clearly arrived defective.

I'm really upset with my experience at Z1 Motorsports. They didn't send everything I ordered and paid for, and there's no tracking or proof of delivery. Items were listed as out of stock with zero communication about what happens next. Nobody offered any sort of solution or compensation. What's worse is that dealing with customer issues means getting passed around between the company and the carrier with nobody actually helping. I ended up losing money on parts I never received, plus I had to pay extra shipping and customs fees on top of it all. Before you buy from them, check out the complaints online. I'm definitely not the only one dealing with this. Their customer service is basically nonexistent and unprofessional. I won't shop there again.
Great experience overall. Ordered some parts online and ran into an issue, so I sent them an email. We worked through it together and about a week later my parts arrived at my door. Everything turned out perfect. Really satisfied with how it went.
