Got the probiotics for my dog and gave them about a month. They haven't helped with her allergies or digestion at all. I'm switching to a different brand.

This really does work great like others have said. Ordering was simple and shipping was super fast. I'd tried vet-prescribed medication for months to help with itching before discovering these. They've been a game changer. The itching has dropped to normal levels and my dogs' skin is no longer red and irritated. They're so much happier and not constantly bothered by itching anymore.

Terrible customer service all around. Responses are incredibly slow, and sometimes you don't get a response at all. It took over a week just to get a reply after sending multiple emails trying to reach someone. When my order finally arrived, the product was covered in mold less than a week after opening it. That should never happen. I'm done with this company and shopping elsewhere for my dog's supplies.

The actual product quality isn't the problem here, it's their abysmal customer service. I ordered about fifty dollars worth almost two months ago and still haven't gotten it. When I first contacted them, they said one item was out of stock but would be back the following week and they'd keep me updated. I've emailed twice since then asking for a refund and haven't heard anything back. That's money I can't afford to lose right now, especially with everything costing so much. Their customer service is shameful.

Should have checked reviews before buying. These calming chews did nothing for my dog at the recommended dose. My dog weighs 85 pounds and needs three, but they didn't work. I had to add a half dose of prescription medication just to see any effect. I'm calling customer service to try getting a refund.

I've shopped with Zesty Paws for many years, but the company has become unrecognizable. Whether there's been a sale, new management, or just absentee ownership, something major has shifted. The Zesty Paws I trusted a few years back is completely different from what it is now. Back then, they actually answered phones and emails promptly with real solutions. These days, calls go straight to voicemail and nobody calls back. Staff members promise follow-ups that never happen. While some of their products worked okay for our dogs, I've always had concerns about the pet supplement industry as a whole. Real companies like Purina invest heavily in veterinary nutrition research, but Zesty Paws is vague about their practices and it raises concerns. That's why we stopped using their supplements. Sure, their marketing looks flashy and professional, but there's no substance behind it anymore.

I grabbed these immune support chews on a great sale because I couldn't justify the cost of other premium brands. The packaging looks cute but the product does absolutely nothing for my dog's allergies. She's still scratching, digging, and biting constantly and is clearly uncomfortable. I really regret not just saving up for the better brands. I still have half a container and a whole second one since it was buy one get one. My poor dog whines and groans while scratching because she's so miserable. I can't recommend this product.

Their website isn't user friendly for people with vision disabilities and doesn't have clear instructions. I wanted to order their all in one treats but had to use a different retailer because I couldn't navigate their site and their customer service wasn't helpful in assisting me.

Remove this stupid advertisement from my music app! I don't want to listen to pet product ads while I'm trying to enjoy my music.

Their customer service comes across as condescending. They can't get orders out in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely not recommending them.
