Wouldn't give them zero stars if I could. They pull you into multi-month subscriptions, then when you realize it's not working, they only refund your most recent payment. Total rip-off and sketchy business practices.

Using this for allergies and it seems to be helping pretty well so far.

I've been ordering from Zesty Paws for over three years and spent a lot of money with them. Their products actually work well and have helped my dogs feel better. The problem is their customer service is terrible. My recent order was cancelled without any explanation. I've spent days trying to figure out why and keep getting told management hasn't responded yet. I had to contact them multiple times just to get nowhere. Eventually I just ordered from Amazon instead, though I prefer buying direct since the quality seems better. The only reason I'm giving one star is for their awful service. It's funny how they keep sending me emails saying they care about my dog when their actions prove otherwise.

They're asking people to help promote their stuff but won't send out free samples to anyone willing to do it. Terrible approach to business.

These are way too expensive for what you get. I tried the hip and joint plus probiotic chews and my dog wouldn't even eat them. The smell is overpowering and pretty unpleasant. Plus there's like three or four different types of flour in them. At this price point, I'd expect something more natural and actually appealing to dogs.

I've bought these skin and coat bites twice and they're pricey for the amount you actually get. The first bag had some crumbs but I dealt with it. This second bag has way more crumbs at the bottom, so I'm wondering how many actual pieces I'm getting. I end up sprinkling the leftover crumbs on her food. For what they charge, that's unacceptable. I also can't tell if they're even working. It's frustrating to pay this much and not even get full chews.

The product worked amazingly for calming, which shocked me in a good way. My one dog has serious anxiety and is on prescription meds from a specialist, but still struggled. My other dog had normal fears of loud noises. Both loved these calming bites and I was thrilled with how much they helped. However, both dogs got terrible diarrhea shortly after. My 75-pound dog got it the next morning and my 90-pound dog got it within hours. I'm not sure if it's the turkey ingredient or something else, and I was thinking about trying a different flavor with a smaller dose, but I'm not willing to put my dogs through that digestive upset again.

I called about returning some calming cat chews my cats didn't want, and instead of letting me return them, they offered to let me exchange for something else. The rep I talked to was absolutely wonderful and we had a great conversation about health options and other products. I felt like I had to leave this positive review even though I forgot to ask her name. Really impressed with how Zesty Paws handles things!

I've been a Zesty Paws customer for a long time and my shopping experiences have always been great. Their site is easy to navigate, the quality is solid, and orders arrive fast. I have noticed prices have gone up since the pandemic ended, so now I only buy when they have good discount codes available. Other than that price increase, I'd recommend them.
