What Shoppers Say About ZQuiet
ZQuiet's anti-snoring mouthpiece receives polarized feedback from shoppers, with a significant majority expressing dissatisfaction. The most common complaints center on product effectiveness, with reviewers reporting that the device fails to reduce snoring, causes physical discomfort during sleep, and proves difficult to adjust to despite the advertised 60-day guarantee. Several users also raise concerns about potential long-term dental effects, including bite shifts and tooth soreness. Return processes are cited as problematic even when the company claims otherwise.
A smaller subset of satisfied users report success with ZQuiet, particularly with the firm and Advanced models, noting meaningful snoring reduction after an adjustment period. These positive reviewers acknowledge initial discomfort that diminishes with use and appreciate the availability of different models designed to address specific issues like tooth pain. However, the low overall rating and concentration of negative reviews suggest that product performance and comfort are inconsistent across users.

Sorted by: Most recentOrdered some earplugs online and got them about two weeks later. These things don't block any sound at all. Honestly, the foam earplugs from the dollar store work way better. Total ripoff. The plugs are so tiny they barely fit in your ear and you're worried they'll get stuck inside.
After wearing this device for several years, my bite has shifted noticeably and my speech sounds different now. I'm looking into surgery to correct it.
I've been using the firm ZQuiet mouthpiece for over two years and it's made a huge difference in my snoring. My wife really appreciates it. The only downside was waking up with sore front teeth, which is why I decided to try the new Advanced model. I'm so glad I did because it works just as well but without the tooth pain. Even though it costs more, it's totally worth the upgrade. I'm sticking with the Advanced ZQuiet from now on.
Had to give it a star just to write this review. The thing is bulky, uncomfortable, and nearly impossible to sleep with in your mouth. Sure, it takes time to adjust, but that 60 day guarantee doesn't mean much when you can barely tolerate wearing it. These companies target vulnerable people dealing with real health problems and then make big promises they can't keep.
This product just doesn't deliver results. I switched to another brand and got better results. The mouthguard market is huge right now and honestly it's become big business. These things cost almost nothing to manufacture overseas but look at how much they're selling them for. All these companies are basically the same. Look into something better instead and save yourself the frustration.
Happy about how fast it arrived. I tested it with an app and got a baseline snore score of three. On the first night at level two the score jumped to seven. It wasn't super comfortable the first time. I did another baseline and got seven, then the next three nights with level two gave me scores of three, one, and eleven. Things got more comfortable but the results were all over the place. Why jump from a one to an eleven? That swing is too wild for me to deal with. My bite felt weird for about ten minutes after the first use but that went away. I'm going to keep trying level two for another week to see if things stabilize.
After reading lots of complaints about ZQuiet's customer service, I decided to cancel my order before I was even charged. But they went ahead and charged my card anyway and shipped it to me. I've sent two emails through their help page asking them to stop, but I haven't heard back. This matches what I've seen in other people's complaints about their responses. I'm sending it back as soon as it gets here because it should never have been mailed.
ZQuiet stopped my snoring completely and my partner couldn't be happier about it! This thing really does the job. I'm so glad I got it and would definitely tell anyone dealing with snoring to give it a try.
I've tried a few different anti-snoring mouthpieces and this one causes way more pain than the others. It digs into your lower palate and the design doesn't account for different bite patterns, so it just sits too loose to properly push your jaw forward. Hands down the worst money I've ever wasted on something like this.
