When an item supposedly got delivered, they point blank refused to refund or resend it. They wouldn't even show me proof it was actually delivered. They actually had the nerve to suggest my neighbors might have stolen it because the stuff is so popular. That's mocking, not customer service. If you paid with a card or PayPal, I'd suggest doing a dispute through your bank. This company needs to be held accountable.
