Needed some work done on my denim jeans and decided to send them back to the store. Got them repaired and sent back without paying a single dime. The repair work was excellent and the whole process went smoothly. Really impressed with how they handled it.

When I finally called customer service in January, they told me that the email address I'd been using wasn't being monitored, which was news to me since I wasn't warned about that. They eventually confirmed the remaining shirts had been shipped, but it was never clear why they weren't sent originally or got lost. I did get an apology for the slow communication, but there was no real accountability taken for the order issue itself. All around, both my in-store visit and the online ordering process left me let down.

I was surprised by some of the negative things I'd read because my experience was completely different. Today I went to their store to ask about exchanging a shirt that didn't fit right. Even though I'd bought it somewhere else, the team bent over backwards to help me out. No hassle at all, just friendly and helpful service from start to finish.

I spent three weeks dealing with issues at the store and with customer service and nothing got resolved. The advertising seemed misleading and the sales pitches weren't honest. The customer service was terrible across all channels whether I was in the store, on the phone, or emailing. Nobody even tried to work things out or make it right. The staff in multiple locations were unprofessional and rude, and when I reached out to management about it, they didn't care at all. I'm frustrated and disappointed and I'm not shopping there again.

I'm really disappointed because something has clearly shifted, probably after the ownership change, and it seems like making money matters more than quality now. First, you switched from subtle small logos to big in your face ones that I just don't want to wear. Second, a lot of your clothing doesn't even show the logo anymore, which seems to defeat the purpose if that's what made the brand recognizable. Third, and most importantly, the material and stitching quality has dropped significantly. A t shirt now falls apart after six months when they used to last years. That's why you're not getting repeat customers like me anymore. You've ended up at the same tier as generic retailers now, when you used to be something special.

I was looking for a shirt without a chest pocket. Found one on their website with photos showing no pocket and nothing in the description mentioning one. Ordered it and when it arrived, sure enough, there's a chest pocket. This feels like misleading product information. Definitely be careful reading what you're actually getting when you shop on their site.

I do like how these boots look and fit, but they've been a letdown quality wise. The soles started peeling apart at the heel within less than a year of wearing them. My other boots have way more durability and will last much longer. If you're going to wear them regularly, these aren't your best choice.

I really do love the products and hope the brand continues to thrive in our town. I regret any confusion I may have caused before due to not having all the facts straight. The staff member currently working there is doing a great job. I'm hoping this company keeps a presence here for a long time.

I went in to get two pairs of pants and two shirts, and was met with really disrespectful behavior from one of your employees. His attitude toward me because of my age was just appalling. I walked out and went to another menswear shop down the street where I got better clothing for about the same price and actually felt welcomed. I won't be stepping foot in your store again.

I bought a pricey pair of boots last year and ran into problems pretty quickly. The laces frayed after just a few weeks, which was easy enough to fix with better quality ones. But then the top lace holder broke off last week. I tried reaching out through their customer service page but the message bounced back. Their email support hasn't responded either. I haven't worn these that much and I take good care of my things, so I was pretty let down not just by the durability but especially by how impossible it is to get help from their team.
