Rogan’s Shoes Reviews
Rogan's Shoes receives sharply divided feedback from shoppers. One customer praised the website experience, highlighting competitive pricing, product availability, and responsive customer service that honored a missed discount code. However, two shoppers reported significantly negative in-store experiences, citing unhelpful staff who provided vague directions, refused to check inventory despite items being listed as in stock online, and displayed rudeness during checkout.
The store appears to have a notable disconnect between its online and physical retail operations. While the website and e-commerce customer service earned positive marks, the brick-and-mortar location struggles with staff assistance and customer service standards that left multiple visitors frustrated and unsupported during their shopping trips.
Had a disappointing visit to this location. Both female staff members on duty were unhelpful when I needed assistance finding a specific brand. Instead of actually helping, they just pointed vaguely toward aisles and said the shoes might be somewhere around there. When I asked again for better direction, I got the same vague response. With my mobility limitations clearly visible, it was disheartening to feel so ignored and uncared for. I ended up leaving in frustration. Very disappointed overall.
Went to the store with my elderly mother and had a terrible experience. The staff refused to look up inventory even though their online system showed they had the shoe we were looking for in stock. They wouldn't help us locate it or give us any direction. To make matters worse, the cashier was incredibly rude when processing our purchase, making a big deal about a price discrepancy between what was marked and what rang up at the register, despite confirming it was the same item. Won't be going back.
Found exactly what I was looking for on Rogan's Shoes website. They had competitive pricing on a New Balance walking shoe model I wanted, my size was available, and the order arrived quickly with the right shoe. I tried to apply a 10% discount code during checkout but missed it, so I reached out to customer service. They were great about getting back to me and processed the discount after the fact. Really appreciated the quick response and helpful support.
