The washing didn't work out well for me. Stains remained in the rug. Just wasn't as easy as advertised.

I got the Adeline Dark Wood Tufted Rug as a Mother's Day gift and was really disappointed. The rug that arrived looks nothing like the pictures online in both color and pattern. It clashes with my formal dining room's style. When I sent photos to customer service, I got a canned response that didn't really address my concern. On top of that, they wanted me to pay $25 just to return it, even though the website made the product look different than what I received. I had hoped for better quality checks and more personal customer service. I don't think I'll shop with them again.

I ordered the Adeline Dark Wood Tufted Rug as a Mother's Day gift and was really let down when it came in. The actual rug looks completely different from what's shown on the website in both color and design. It doesn't match the style of my dining room at all. When I contacted customer service with pictures, they gave me a generic reply that didn't really address what I was saying. And then they told me I'd have to pay a $25 fee to return it, even though the product wasn't represented accurately online. I was hoping for better quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping with Ruggable in the future.

Really impressed with this purchase! The runner arrived within seven days of ordering. It has such a nice, cheerful design that fits my kitchen perfectly. I was so satisfied that I turned around and got another runner for upstairs.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase! I got a runner rug and it showed up within a week of ordering. The design is bright and modern, which is exactly what I was looking for in my kitchen. I'm so happy that I already bought a second one for my upstairs hallway.

Ruggable has been an excellent investment. I have four 5 by 7 rugs, and two of them have held up beautifully over several years without any fade or damage. We've had five dogs and a cat over the years (down to three dogs now), and these rugs are super durable. When we recently redesigned our living room, I bought two more. I also picked up two smaller 2 by 3 rugs for beside the bed. The best part is throwing them in the washing machine, especially with pets in the house.

I absolutely LOVE my Ruggable! It's not overly fluffy or shaggy. It's easy to clean obviously, but also simple to sweep or vacuum. The material is really soft and I'm planning to have Ruggables throughout my entire house going forward! I just can't get enough of them!

We're really into these Ruggables. The look and quality are top notch. We run a pet-friendly rental business for short and medium term guests, and it's great knowing we can actually keep our rugs instead of having to replace them constantly. They cost more at first, but over time they're definitely worth the investment.

Really love, love, love these. We have two dogs that (1) track in lots of mud and (2) have occasional accidents that leave marks. Before, dealing with this was so time consuming with stain treatments and our old carpet cleaning machine. Now it's simple! We switched out all of our rugs and just wash them when needed. These have honestly made a real difference in our household.

Can't say enough good things about these rugs. We have two dogs who track mud everywhere and occasionally have accidents that stain the carpet. Before, I'd spend tons of time dealing with this using stain removers and hauling out our bulky carpet cleaning machine. Not anymore! We've swapped all our area rugs for Ruggables and now they just go in the washer. I'm telling you, this company has genuinely improved our quality of life.

I've been slowly swapping out my home's rugs with Ruggables and I'm up to six now. The colors and patterns are so vibrant and striking. I've tried other so-called washable rugs before and they were disappointing, looking cheap and falling apart after a wash. After hosting a two-week gathering with three guests and two pups, my Ruggables were grimy and worn out. One wash cycle later, they looked brand new! Plus spills just wipe right off and my robot vacuum has no trouble crossing them. These rugs make my home easier to maintain.

These rugs are fantastic! They make any room look nicer and the build quality seems excellent. I've grabbed 5 of them so far and I'm a huge fan!

Ordering is simple. Shipping is quick. We love our rugs and have quite a few now. With five rescue dogs, four of them seniors, these rugs save me so much time because washing and drying them is easy, plus I'm saving money without having to hire professional cleaners.

I really love these rugs! This is my sixth purchase. I love how low maintenance they are and how long they last. We have one in our RV that takes a beating and I just wash it and it looks brand new again. One thing I'll mention is that bigger rugs can be tricky to get on the base pad without getting wrinkles, so you have to spend a little time smoothing it out. It's definitely easier with two people. Overall, highly recommend!

These rugs are absolutely incredible! Toss them in the washer and they come out looking brand new! I really love all the different patterns. I'd love to see more rustic and nature-inspired options in the future though.
