Asked about getting a refund but they wouldn't go for it, only offered a replacement. Why would I want to keep a new pair when the first one already had defects?

The soft inner lining at the heel has basically worn through completely in just three months of regular wear. For what you're paying, that's really not acceptable. Plus, I couldn't find replacement laces at any Salomon shops during my travels in southeast Asia, which seems strange given their proprietary lace design. The shoes feel great and look modern, but if they're not going to hold up and spare parts aren't available, the price point doesn't make sense.

Had the worst customer service experience with Salomon UK. They use UPS for shipping and those drivers are unreliable to say the least. Then the next message said I refused delivery, which makes no sense and again, they never came near my house. I have clear evidence proving they didn't attempt delivery. When I complained to Salomon support, they basically said it's not their problem. I asked for a refund and they said no, I have to return the shoes first like that's somehow my fault. My suggestion is to skip Salomon's site and buy from someone else so you don't end up with UPS as your carrier.

I've also had tons of issues with the Speedcross 6 model. The shoes just aren't made like they used to be. Where did the old Salomon go? Getting a refund through their US customer service is also a nightmare when you're not satisfied with your purchase. They talk about being eco-friendly but then waste so many materials, which is disappointing

Ordered three items including two water bottles and a 15L backpack. All three arrived right on time and in excellent shape with no quality issues whatsoever.

Got these trail shoes to work with my foot brace and I'm really happy with them. Also picked up their sense socks to help with foot positioning. The lacing system is incredibly user friendly and you get fantastic ankle and arch support. Really looking forward to taking them out on some trails through the muddy and wet forest to see how they perform
