The item I got wasn't what I ordered. They're charging me to ship the wrong one back. They won't refund the gift box cost and they won't send me the necklace I actually wanted. This one star rating is completely justified.

Most of what I got (thankfully bought on discount) looked like cheap little toys you'd get from a quarter machine. I wouldn't dare wear any of it outside. Their photos are super misleading with all that special lighting, and everything is manufactured in India for probably just a couple bucks. I spent hundreds on my first order and I'm never coming back.

My second order never showed up even though tracking says delivered. It's insured so they could file a claim with shipping and send me a new one, but instead they want me to handle it and asked me to file a police report. It was a hundred dollar purchase for someone as a gift. Total waste of my time.

Bought around four or five different pieces during a black friday sale for about a hundred eighty dollars and they all look super cheap. The crystals, stones, and gold finishes look dull and brassy. Their photos look amazing but nothing matches what arrives. They must be doing serious editing to make things look nice. My sister wanted two necklaces for a gift and I was shocked at how they wrapped them. Real jewelry usually comes in nice boxes with the brand name, but mine came in small plastic bags. I'm embarrassed to give them as gifts and had to buy cases from another site. Nothing special about these pieces at all. Save your money because you can find way better quality elsewhere for the same price. I feel totally ripped off and really bothered by how unprofessional this whole thing is. Don't shop here.
