Don't buy from this company if you have problems with your order - you won't get help. They sent me the wrong shoe and I've emailed repeatedly. No acknowledgment, no response, nothing. They won't process returns or give refunds. It seems like an automated system designed to only offer store credit instead. Since they're based internationally, you can't even report them through normal channels. Consider yourself warned. To update: I returned the wrong shoes they sent more than a month ago, and they're still refusing to refund, only pushing store credit. I explained I can't use it and don't want it, so I had to file a dispute. This whole situation has been a nightmare with no resolution. I'll never go back to them. It's been months of waiting. The dispute was denied even though I returned their stuff, and now I'm stuck without the shoes or my money. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere - once you buy from them, you won't see your money again.

Just don't do it! Wish I'd read more reviews before getting into this mess. Now I'm out the money and the boots with zero help from them. I even asked for a manager twice and they wouldn't connect me with anyone. There are plenty of trustworthy companies out there that deserve your money way more than this one does.

Started off rough with their customer service team, but then a supervisor named Ana Reis stepped in and totally turned things around. She worked through everything and got my issue sorted completely. I ended up getting my refund, we fixed the charges, and apart from shipping costs, I got my money back like we agreed. It took a lot of back and forth, but we finally made it happen. The company put in effort to make sure I was satisfied and even followed up afterward. Really appreciate it, Schutz.

Everything about my shopping experience went smoothly, especially considering the communication challenges. I visited the store and made a purchase that I'd like to get a receipt for. The staff member who helped me was very professional and attentive throughout my visit.

Absolutely terrible service, and this is my second time having major problems with SCHUTZ and their shipping partner. It's basically a scam at this point. I ordered boots that supposedly got delivered but never showed up. Instead, some tiny mangled package arrived with these crazy rubber bands around it. Everything was wrong - the address, the name, what was supposedly inside - yet SCHUTZ just went along with what the carrier told them. It's infuriating. I stopped the payment and still haven't heard anything from them about it. My advice? Stay away from ordering SCHUTZ online.

I placed an order more than a week ago and never got a shipping notification. The delivery is taking forever with basically no communication.

Sent shoes back and got an email confirming they arrived on late October. They said the refund should take about 10 business days. Fast forward to late November and I'm still waiting. Really unprofessional. Emailed them again and got an automated response saying they'd get back to me within 4 business days.

If they allowed ratings lower than one star, I'd give it. This whole experience - from how long shipping took to returning items to getting help from customer service - has been absolutely terrible. I'd ordered from them once before and thought maybe it was just bad luck. Figured I'd give it another shot. But honestly, sometimes you block out the bad stuff and decide to try again. Don't make my mistake. Find literally any other shoe brand. Even if you spend a little extra, it's worth it. Way cheaper than dealing with this stress.

Can't reach anyone when you need help. I ordered two pairs of shoes and had to return one. I did everything they asked, they got the shoes back, and it showed my refund was processing, but nothing ever hit my account. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times with zero response. The quality has gone downhill dramatically - honestly, the shoes feel like they're in the same league as Steve Madden or Aldo now, yet the prices haven't budged. Plus, I can't recommend ordering straight from their website since customer service is rough and the return/exchange process definitely favors the company over shoppers. I grabbed some heels during Black Friday and ordered the Ariella sandal, which I'd bought before and wore constantly until it was time for a replacement. When they arrived, I was shocked to see how stretched out the vinyl straps were - so much so that I couldn't safely wear them. Thankfully I still had my original pair, and comparing them side by side made it crystal clear how much the quality has dropped. If SCHUTZ wants to hang onto customers like me, they need to seriously think about what they're putting out there.
